Course Overview

The 2 days ‘ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor’ course is specially designed with a Learning Objective to provide knowledge and skill to audit ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System.

You will be given all-inclusive knowledge and understanding of key principles with skills and practices to conduct effective ISO 9001 QMS audits

The program will be delivered using practical examples and hands-on group activities. Our course facilitators will ensure that after completion of the training workshop, You’ll learn how to effectively plan, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports & non-conformances, complete follow-up activities.

• Guidelines of management system auditing according to ISO 19011:2011
• Application of auditing guidelines to ISO 9001:2015
• Initiating, preparing and conducting audit activities
• Preparing and distributing the audit report
• Completing audit and follow-up.
• Prepare, conduct and follow-up on ISO 9001:2015 audit activities
• Identify and apply the benefits and requirements of an ISO 9001:2015 audit
• Gain the skills to assess an organization’s capability to manage its QMS
• Write factual audit reports and suggest corrective actions.

Duration

• Public or On-Site Training: 2.5 Days (20 Hours: 8 Hours for first two days, 4 hours on last day)
• On-Line: 3 Days (7 Hours a Day)
