I am writing for the benefit of all those companies who wish to seek professional services to improve their Systems & Processes based on any national or international standard or any other internally prepared document including customer specific requirements. I must say that you are one of the rare consultant that I have come across who comes prepared. Normally the consultants come and deliver their lectures without being sure of the outcome they expect from the trainees. After each deliberation, the trainer will ask the questions pertaining to the understanding of the subject in a tone where majority of the trainees are bound to say.

Mr. Kohli, I must say is different. He comes thoroughly prepared. He will break open an issue to the minutest detail and will not jump to the next line till he has made everybody understand in English, Hindi or in Punjabi by giving practical examples which are easily comprehendible. The classes are conducted in a very friendly way and everybody is encouraged to ask questions as he strongly believes in the fact that there are no stupid question, only stupid answers.
